My main goal was to determine new business opportunities and even avoid business failures. In addition, identify the strengths and weaknesses of competitors to use them to improve Writer's Klatch tool.

 

Also, I set the goals to identify & understand customers' needs, analyse the industry & trends, and design trends to improve the future product. I paid attention to the brand, voice, and future mission.
